It is a 5 day trek.  Inthe first day, you will be traveling from Rishikesh to Joshimath.  The distance covered during the first day is 255 kilometers.  The duration is 9 hours to complete.  At Rishikesh, it is at an altitude of 372 meters and at Joshimath, it is at an altitude of 1875 meters.  On the second day, you will be traveling from Joshimath to Govindghat to Ghangaria.  The distance covered during the second day is 20 kilometers.  It will take around 1 hours.  If it is going to be the trekking, then it will take 6 hours to trek.  The range of the trekking is moderate.  At Govindghat, it is at an altitude of 1828 meters.  At Ghangaria, it is at an altitude of 3049 meters.  On the third day, you will be traveling from ghangaria to Valley of flower to Ghangaria.  The distance of the trekking is 7.5 kilometers.  It will take around 2 hours to complete by one side.  The range of the trek is easy.  At Ghangaria, it is at an altitude of 3049 meters.  At Valley of Flowers, it is at an altitude of 3658 meters.  On the fourth day, you will be traveling from Ghangaria to Govindghat to Joshimath.  On the fifth day, you will travel from Joshimath to Rishikesh.
